Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or booking through Lara Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A booking is confirmed only once a deposit is received and acknowledged by email. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date, except where the assigned photographer cancels.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a confirmed booking once, free of charge, with at least 7 days' notice, subject to photographer availability.

4. Photographer Conduct

All photographers on the platform are independent professionals vetted by Lara Studios. While we facilitate the booking and handle disputes, the delivered creative style remains at the photographer's discretion within the agreed brief.

5. Intellectual Property

Photographers retain copyright of delivered images. Clients receive a personal-use license; commercial use requires separate written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lara Studios' liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction.
